you may just be getting interference. How fucking dumb is Steelseries for making a mouse pulse red when it needs an update. Too much risk of corruption. Holding down Left Click,Right Click and the dpi button ,flashes white for like ten seconds then starts flashing red .
If you don't face same issues while on wire try to move your receiver closer to mouse. Recalibrating doesn’t seem to help.
