My main problem is getting my 3DS to have a WiFi connection. The DSi works fine when browsing the internet, however games are incompatible with the connection. and i have all the things you need to do so but i dont have this (wep) thing. Can't get my ID either. The DSi and variants work with WPA, but as others have said DS games that support WiFi have catered to the original DS limitations, so in my case I simply don't partake as I'm not willing to downgrade my WiFi security for the sake of a game. EDIT: and while I don't have an answer, good luck on getting help! DS games cannot do anything above WEP I' pretty sure.
